Workflow Analyst   The role of the workflow analylyst will be to: • Understand the business processes • Understand the capabilities of the existing custom-built application • Document in detail the workflow solution that the application must provide to support the processes • Communicate the solution to the off-site technical analyst and developers Our customer is looking for an excellent user requirements analyst that is highly experienced in the field of business process analysis and workflow modelling. Users have a limited amount of time, therefore the analyst must be able to host short intense workshops and review sessions driven by screen mock-up prototypes to confirm correctness of requirements. This is not a technical role however it may be required to deliver workflow definitions that can be handed over directly to development teams. Therefore sounde experience of data modelling, ability to create precise and coherent documentation and clear email and phone communication are essential.
